Welcome to Cartio! By using our application, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully.

1. About Cartio

Cartio is a shopping list application developed by CodeSwift with the goal of offering a simple, practical, and organized way to create and manage your shopping lists. The app allows you to add items, organize them by categories, and mark products as you shop.

2. Local Data Storage

All shopping lists created in Cartio are stored locally on your device. We do not perform backups, synchronization, or store your data on external servers. This means that:

• Your lists remain private on your device
• No list data is shared with third parties
• If you uninstall the app, your data will be lost
• We do not offer recovery of lost data

3. Error Data Collection

To improve the quality and stability of the application, we use Sentry to collect error and crash data. This data includes:

• Technical information about errors that occur in the app
• Anonymous data about the device and operating system
• Performance logs for problem diagnosis

This information is used exclusively for development purposes and does not contain personal data or content from your shopping lists.

4. Advertising

Cartio displays ads provided by Google Ads to keep the application free. These ads are managed by Google and may collect data in accordance with Google AdMob’s privacy policy.

5. Premium Version

We offer a Premium version of Cartio that removes all ads from the application. Premium purchases are managed through RevenueCat and work as follows:

• One-time payment: The Premium version requires only a single payment, with no recurring subscriptions
• Permanent ad removal: After purchase, all ads are permanently removed
• Lifetime access: Your Premium purchase is valid forever on the registered device
• No auto-renewal: There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals

6. User Responsibilities

By using Cartio, you agree to:

• Use the application only for legal and personal purposes
• Not attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the application
• Not use the application in a way that may harm its operation
• Manually back up your data, if necessary

7. Limitation of Liability

Cartio is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. CodeSwift is not responsible for:

• Loss of data stored locally on the device
• Interruptions in the application’s operation
• Indirect damages caused by the use of the application
• Content of third-party ads displayed by Google Ads

8. Changes to the Terms

CodeSwift reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication. We recommend that you periodically review these terms.
